philamuseum: Watch this space! 7,000 plants in red, yellow, blue and white will soon be bursting in vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines between the West Entrance and the Italian Fountain. The idea for this garden was conceived by conceptual artist Sol LeWitt in 1981—his vision is at last being realized this summer. With the weather we’ve been having in Philly, however, it may happen even sooner.
